doing laundry, ironing bedsheets, stocking the fridge, giving you a small budget to surprise the clients each time as you see fit, the list goes on.

Our main goal is to provide a boutique cleaning experience that is tailored to each individual customer’s needs. This means taking your time, getting to know people, and anticipating others’ needs.

We aim to target busy professionals who want to be taken care of more than the average house clean. Going above and beyond for the customer is a core requirement for practically anyone involved in our company and we make sure everyone rewarded accordingly.

Job Description :

As a Luxury Housekeeper, you’re not just a cleaner you’re someone who adds those thoughtful touches that make people feel taken care of.

From whimsically folded toilet paper to leaving small notes to the owners about something funny their pet friend did that day.

You’re here to elevate the cleaning game not just with your work but also your personality and friendly vibe. Think of yourself more of a trustworthy companion that makes our customers feel like you’re family rather than someone that goes in and out and calls is the day.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform detail-oriented cleaning tasks
  • Utilize our mobile app, following the checklists and uploading photos of your work.
  • Adding personal touches that go above and beyond.
  • Work independently with efficiency and a smile.
  • Be communicative with the support team for reporting issues & receiving updates.
  • Provide feedback & suggestions regarding the customer in order to improve the service.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
  • EXTRA POINTS : experience at luxury hotels or in hospitality
  • Reliability it’s important that we can count on you and you don’t cancel an appointment in
  • the last minute. We have strict reliability policies.
  • Extreme attention to detail, ability to spot things that aren’t mentioned on checklists and either solve them if within your capability or report to the team immediately.
  • Possess a friendly, approachable vibe with a positive attitude. Home is a private place, you’re someone that the customer would feel at ease to let you in.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products.
  • Ability to work with minimal to no supervision.
  • Honesty We’re all human and mistakes do happen. Broke a glass? It’s okay, but we need to know.
  • No criminal background.
